OneKirk is a network for ministers, members and friends of the Church of Scotland.
OneKirk is committed to working for an inclusive, affirming and progressive church. We hope to encourage, challenge, and provide opportunities for discussing how our Christian faith and today’s social culture can speak to one another productively.
If you would like to find out more about OneKirk then please have a look through the pages of this website to find out more.
We have an active and busy facebook group available here.
Upcoming Events
We have an Autumn Conference in October, the third in our theme “What kind of church?” titled “Holding the Tensions, Offering the Questions” which will give attendees an opportunity, well in advance of the General Assembly’s own discussions in 2013, to discuss some of the issues surrounding the issue of same-sex relationships and the Kirk. This is open to all. Details at the bottom of this page, or see this link.
Book Reviews
If you have read a good or challenging book recently and would like to share your response to that book with others, then please do submit your book review to admin@onekirk.org. Approximately 200-500 words would be perfect.
